Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.


Lost or Stolen Packages

TallyTCG is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the initial transaction.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
