Shipping policy

At TallyTCG, we are committed to shipping orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times do not include transit time.


Shipping Method

  • All orders ship via USPS with tracking.

  • Orders over $300 USD require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Shipping carrier selection and service level are determined at checkout when applicable.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and items (if applicable)

We will assist with submitting a carrier claim where appropriate. Resolution timelines are subject to carrier investigation processes.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is accepted by the shipping carrier.
